Our weight loss program is tailored to your body's specific needs.

The EDSA scan will determine Core issues that impede your weight loss:

  1. The EDSA Scan determines which Diet will best help you to feel better and shed those unwanted pounds.

  2. Next the scan will determine which foods you may be sensitive to. These foods (even healthy foods) may make you gain weight. You will be given a list of foods to avoid, to help encourage weight loss.

  3. Following this the scan will determine barriers to your weight loss. Could it be your thyroid? Could it be hormonal? For example, the hormone leptin controls appetite and metabolism. Could it be blood sugar issues? What about your liver or kidneys not draining properly? Female hormones such as progesterone?

  4. Everyone wonders what is the best type of exercise for them. The scan determines what exercise would benefit you the most, at what intensity, and how often you should exercise.

  5. Finally, What supplements may benefit you? This is an inpidualized program. Different people need different supplements to assist with weight loss.
